1. What neighborhoods does the Denver
Dog Walking Company, Inc. service?
We service Denver, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn and
Broomfield. We are, however, willing to work outside of
these areas depending on the circumstances. Give us a
call!

2. What is included in the walking
service?
This 30-minute service includes a walk with litter cleanup,
plus feeding and watering. Our policy is to provide
personalized service, therefore we do not walk dogs from multiple
households at the same time.

3. What is
included in the pet sitting service?
Our pet
sitting service includes three visits per day. The
typical schedule includes an early morning visit,
one mid-day visit with a walk, and one evening visit. We are sympathetic to the specific
needs of your pet, therefore additional visits can be
added to accommodate your pet's schedule. Our aim is to provide
affordable pet care so you can relax and enjoy your time away
without worry. Besides the
potty breaks, walk and play/socialization time, we will feed, water and administer your
pet's medicine as necessary. The Denver Dog Walking Company,
Inc. will
also collect your mail and newspaper, rotate lighting and
take out garbage/recycling.

4. Are services available for cats
and others pets?
Yes, cat care is available for pet sitting only. We do not
walk cats. Other pets requiring minimal care and supervision
(e.g. fish, birds, etc.) will be cared for at no additional
charge.

5. Is the company bonded and insured?
We are bonded and insured through Pet Sitters International
www.petsit.com.

6. Is dog licensing required for
service?
The Denver Dog Walking Company, Inc. requires all dogs to have
the required licensing/registration for the city in which
they reside in
order to receive services.

7. Where are the dogs walked?
All dogs are taken from your house and walked through the
neighborhood or to a nearby park. Dogs will never be
transported in Denver Dog Walking Company, Inc. vehicles
except in the case of an emergency.

8. Are dogs ever let off leash?
Dogs are never let off leash while in our care.

9. How are payments made?
Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check. Payments can
be
left for pick-up on the next visit or mailed to the Denver Dog
Walking Company, Inc.

10. How are emergency situations
handled?
If immediate medical attention is warranted, the Denver Dog
Walking Company, Inc. will transport your pet to the vet on file.

11. How much notice of cancellation is
needed?
A phone call prior to 8 a.m. the day of scheduled service
is required to avoid charges.
